The Christmas Challenge (Again)
OK, in the spirit of competition (and friendliness), Em and Donna are having a Christmas Challenge to get to 70kg. Now, I'm not going to get there (I'd be a skeleton with skin, and that's about it), but I can set my own goals!! Goal: Under 95kg (currently 102 - yes, crappy), and under 18% body fat (last test was 21%). So, I'll post what I eat (warts and all) and exercise that I do, and so are Donna and Em, so we'll support each other! I just have to find some photos of me that I want to put up here!! Today:Breakfast: 4 Weetbix with Skim Milk& BananaLunch: Scrambled egg whites and Darren's Super SaladSnack: Homemade hommus (basically chickpeas and a little tahini) and 15 rice crackersDinner: Pork with Apples& White WineSnack: 5 Strawberries drizzled with chocolate (homemade, so it's only a little chocolate, but tastes SO decadent) Exercise:Not sure yet!!
