Idag har jeg hatt undervisning med instruktøren min, og han melder meg opp til stage 2 idag. Det vil si at jeg skal ha stage 2 på onsdag/torsdag.... deretter blir det to solo navigasjonsturer (cross country), og så to lokale turer med David før stage 3. Etter stage 3 er det ingen flyvninger, kun"end of course". Håper på å bli ferdig med privatsertifikatet nå iløpet av neste uke, men som jeg allerede har erfart er det vanskelig å bedømme med tanke på vær. Nå skal jeg bort å spille squash med Robert borte i"idrettshallen" her, før det blir lesing utover kvelden idag. Har endel pensum jeg må komme meg igjennom før onsdag/torsdag. Ha en fin dag videre i Norge ! -Thomas PS: Er 31 grader her nå !

Sure a Dr could prescribe only the drugs that have gotten good writeups in his professional literature but with the marketing budget of the pharma giants, there is little liklihood that only benificial medication is prescribed.Now, if the implicit assumption is people shouldn't have to pay for their health care, that the two-way"trade"should instead be a one-way"gift", then I will agree there is an intractable conflict of incentives.I haven't heard anyone advocate'free'as in beer, healthcare. I live in Canada and I pay higher taxes, a portion of which funds the national healthcare plan. Noone just gives out free healthcare.But the problem remain, namely, how can the for-profit nature of the food production industry coexist with the desire of their client to have access to quality food?If a meal cost a week's salary, then there would be a parallel between food production and healthcare.The problem is that insurance companies are incentivized to deny care to the people who need it. Thats the intractable conflict and one way to resolve it is to have the government either tie together via regulation each insurance company so that legitimate claims could not be denied or replace the entire industry with a new bloated bureaucracy
